POSTING FREQUENCY: D

You should post 3x per day on average for maximum ROI and exposure. Not every post is going to be seen by all your followers every single time thanks to the algorithms. Let's beat the algorithm and get you to the level of an industry leader. Remember, it's a marathon, not a race. So, the more value you put out there, the higher your visibility will become.

 

Consumers go straight to social media to learn about a company, their values, their products, and services. In fact, 74% of shoppers make buying decisions based on social media, according to Sprout Social. Don't miss this opportunity to WOW them! You have more to lose than to gain from an outdated social media feed. Reviews are key! But, we'll discuss that further down.


 

CONTENT OF POSTS: C+

Most of the content you have posted is geared towards promoting events or increasing a person's overall health. That is great! But, we need MORE of it! It needs to be clean, polished, and look professional so consumers can let their guard down and trust you.

It would be best if you were using social media to tap into all of the phycological buying habits, such as creating a portal to education your current and potential customers everything about your wellness clinic, tips and advice, vlogs, staff/doctor profiles, and more. They need to get to know you before they do business with him. Think TV anchor. You know them and feel connected with them, but have never met them.

 

PLATFORMS UTILIZED: C-

Facebook is an excellent place to start; however, with some extra added effort, you could add Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest to the mix. Utilization of YouTube will boost your organic Google search results since a) Google owns YouTube, b) 73% of Americans have a YouTube account, the highest of all social media platforms, and c) YouTube is the 2nd most widely used search engine.

Using researched hashtags can set you up to be an Instagram health influencer. Pinterest is a phenomenal tool for digitally a business. Pins are evergreen content that can be pinned and viewed over and over again.

 

WEBSITE: B

You are doing a wonderful job using your website as an all-encompassing information portal, but there are several broken links, which hurts your Google ranking. You could use a makeover, but overall your website needs to show how you can solve a patient's problem.

 

ENGAGEMENT WITH FOLLOWERS: C+

Be sure to follow back and comment on all interactions across all platforms -- this includes reviews. Your users want to feel heard; they want to feel important. Don't ignore them! It shows the algorithm you value their time and opinion giving you better organic growth positioning. Plus, "likes" make every feel better about themselves. Why not spread the love!

 

BRAND IDENTITY: D+

Unify the header images across all social platforms, and if possible, your website, to show potential clients you are a reputable, professional business. (Don't forget, headers can be made from a video, which is impressive!) Investing in your branding will elevate your image, share your values, and draw in more leads. Consumers want to feel like they are working with the best and love sharing the "gems" they have found, so attract them by being polished and professional -- but still relatable.

 

CUSTOMER REVIEWS, TESTIMONIALS, AND CASE STUDIES: B

You have Facebook and Google reviews. Great! Now, use them to continue branding and highlighting your services. The testimonials found on your home page are good, but nowadays people trust reviews more than written testimonials. Also, consumers are NOT looking for these reviews on your website. Potential patients are going to social media and Google (which uses keywords in your reviews to increase your search ranking) to find them fast. Make it an easy choice for them with review and reputation management. Whenever possible, testimonials should be turned into case studies that tells a story (problem, solutions, results) -- ideally incorporating interviews of the person.

 

GOOGLE MY BUSINESS PROFILE: B

The Google My Business profile is filled out but is missing a business video to tell your story -- to share your why. Also, you are missing an opportunity with your Q&A section and your reviews to build credibility.

 

AUTHORITY STATUS: C+

Authority is lacking due to insufficient content, educational content, backlinks, and outbound links. Again, having a well-manicured online presence and marketing strategy will elevate your image as healthcare professionals and draw in more patients.
